Management:
Stephen J. Sulkey, CMCA, AMS, PCAM holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations designation from the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBCCAM), and the Association Management Specialist and Professional Community Association Manager designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI). He has managed community associations for over ten years with a decade of property management before that and also holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker license. He also holds degrees in ornamental horticulture and philosophy.
Professional Association Management has been in operation since 2006. It was founded as a full service community association management company with the purpose of assisting Boards of Directors to run their communities in the best manner humanly possible.
